EB Real Estate founder Benny Tenenbaum has 30+ years of experience in construction. These 30+ years of experience in construction include ground up and rehab projects combining to over 2 million square feet. Additionally, Tenenbaum has 30+ years of experience in the area of property management where he specialized in the multi-family dwelling industry. Taking a hands on approach, Tenenbaum currently manages 1,200+ residential units across the global real estate market.
Originally from Canada, Tenenbaum’s family was in the real estate development business. Today, Tenenbaum continues the legacy of the family business and still owns various properties that were originally developed by his family. He now splits his time between the United States and Canada and maintains a US citizenship.
Eli Neuberg has served as a director of real estate acquisitions and development, finance liaison, portfolio manager and licensed real estate appraiser during his career. Additionally, Neuberg is also a Licensed Real Estate Broker (NY) and MLS and LIBOR affiliate. As an operations manager, his career highlights have included managing Multiple multi-million dollar projects In New York.
Neuberg is experienced in business development, market analysis, negotiations, broker relationship building, joint ventures, strategic planning, P&L management, property revitalization, cost reduction, project management, underwriting, financial analysis, lease abstracts and property management. He holds a BA in Economics/Business/Finance and is a graduate of Wharton Business School with a Post Graduate Certificate in Strategic Investments and Portfolio Management. He also holds a MS in Real Estate from New York University.

April began her career in real estate and property management over 16 years ago. She has served on various Real Estate and Apartment Association boards throughout her career. While completing her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology degree from Pennsylvania State University, April focused on Industrial and Organizational Psychology studies. She currently is a National Apartment Association Instructor.
